Having installed cabinets for over 25 years, we have high-end install skills for the installation of custom cabinetry or modular systems.

Member since 2013, Shane also serves actively on the builder's board, advocating for local contractor's and safe building practices.
Spotlights include a home showcased in the 2013 Tour of Homes followed by another home in 2015 that won the Best Kitchen in its class, Best Overall Value in its class, and People's Choice Awards.
Bonded and insured, we are licensed contractor's.
Since 2019, we have a licensed AHERA Building Inspector on staff. This allows us to test for asbestos hazards in-house. Asbestos testing is required prior to any demolition work regardless of the age of the home. Unfortunately, although asbestos is a hazardous material, it is still used in manufacturing today. Therefore, even homes built this year, must have appropriate asbestos testing done prior to any demoltion work as required by both Labor & Industries and the EPA.
Did you know that even if a home is negative for lead paint, contractors must hold an LRRP certification to work on a home that was built before 1978? We are certified by the EPA and Washington State Department of Commerce as Lead Renovators. This means that we have the expertise to screen for lead hazards, the skills to test for lead paint, and the accreditation to properly work with lead product to keep your family safe.
