This contemporary home was built in 2013 for Shane's mother. This first project was the springboard into starting his own construction company after having worked as a construction foreman for mid-high end contractors for over 15 years.
Although positioned on a corner lot, the home was specially positioned at an angle to maximize the large sweeping view of the Wenatchee Valley and Columbia River at such an elevation as to also decrease the chances of that view being obstructed in the future should builds go in between the home and the view.
Featured in the 2013 BNCW Tour of Homes, this house, includes a separate master suite, two guest bedrooms (one with a murphy bed), custom kitchen, fireplace with custom chimney chase design, and client-requested dog washing station.
